Singapore’s very own Chef Janice Wong, owner of the 2am:dessertbar and 2am:lab, will be conjuring-up unique creations that promise to get taste buds flowing. Boundless is a word that aptly sums up Chef Janice Wong. Her refined and ever-evolving dessert creations began with her studies at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, arguably the world’s best culinary school, to pursue a career in pastry. Chef Janice Wong apprenticed in some of the most cutting edge restaurants internationally, starting out with experience at Melbourne stalwarts, Fenix, The Botanical and Singapore’s Les Amis, followed by New York and Chicago institutions such as WD-50, Room4dessert, Per Se, Alinea and L20 as well as Europe’s top patissiers, Pierre Herme and Oriol Balaguer.
