Marco Pedrelli

Chef Pedrelli brings along with him a considerable amount of working experience in several Michelin Star restaurants and has even attained one himself. Prior to joining the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, Chef Pedrelli was working at ‘Löwenhotel’ in Schrunz, Austria as their Chef de Cuisine. Helming the fine dining restaurant ‘Edelweiss’, Chef Pedrelli led the restaurant to attain its first Michelin Star in 2008. Born in Cesena Italy, Chef Pedrelli first began his career at the renowned one Michelin Star restaurant ‘La Grotta’ in 1993. After spending 6 years in the finest kitchens in Italy, Chef Pedrelli moved to Munich, Germany where he assumes the position of Sous Chef at one Michelin Star restaurant ‘Massilimiano’. He also had the privilege of spending three years working with the renowned three Michelin Star Chef Heinz Winkler from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, Chef Pedrelli joined ‘Jagdhof Glashütte’ where he worked closely with the Chef de Cuisine and led the restaurant to attain its first Michelin Star. Chef Pedrelli was also the Chef De Cuisine at one of Vienna’s finest restaurant ‘Mörwald Ambassador’, where he was awarded the title ‘Newcomer of the Year 2006’ by the a´la carte guide Publication. The restaurant was also nominated as one of the best five in Vienna by Falstaff Guide.
