Born and raised in France, Philippe Langlois began his patisserie apprenticeship with his father at the young age of 14, developing the exceptional skill of working and transforming sugar into works of art.

With over 30 years of experience as a patisserie chef, Philippe specializes in tea-infused desserts, breads and patisseries, and has worked with countless Michelin starred restaurants and internationally renowned patisseries and tea rooms throughout France and Japan. As the Executive Pastry Chef at TWG Tea, Philippe is in search of new inspiration and gastronomic challenges and is intent on impressing Asia with his unrivalled taste and savoir-faire.
